These farmhouses have deteriorated over time and just needs some tender loving care which includes painting, kitchen + bathroom repair and other maintenance.

Most materials are donated so the ideal tenant would have renovation experience, have children to attend the local schools, ready for a "tree-change" and be willing to contribute to our small friendly rural community.

The offer of $1 a week rent is available for 2-3 years.

The applications for these Cumnock farmhouses are now closed.

This project is proudly supported by Cumnock & District Progress Association, Cabonne Council, Anglicare Western NSW,  Williams Machin Real Estate and to Garland Hawthorn Brahe solicitors. Thank you also for the generous support from Go West, Dubbo Country Kitchens and Orange Tile House.
